By accessing the Site, registering for an event, or purchasing tickets, you agree to these Terms.

1. Event Registration and Eligibility

By registering for LendingCon, you:

• Agree to provide accurate and complete information
• Confirm that you are at least 18 years of age
• Acknowledge that your registration is subject to acceptance and availability

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion.

2. Fees and Payment
• All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be completed at the time of registration
• Payments are processed through third-party providers
• By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees

We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

3. Refund, Cancellation, and Transfer Policy

All registration fees are non-refundable.

Transfers (Strongly Encouraged)

• Registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost up to 7 days prior to the event
• Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to registration@lendingcon.com
• The original registrant is responsible for arranging any transfer of payment between parties

We strongly encourage transfers in lieu of cancellations.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the event without prior transfer will be considered a no-show, and no refunds or credits will be issued.

Special Circumstances

In limited circumstances and at our sole discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future LendingCon event. Such determinations are made on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Event Changes and Force Majeure

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, speakers, or location
• Postpone or cancel the event

In the event of cancellation or disruption due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, labor disputes, or public health emergencies), we are not liable for:

• Travel costs
• Accommodation expenses
• Other incidental or consequential losses

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees, sponsors, and participants are expected to:

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant without refund if they violate this policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with LendingCon, including:

• Event materials
• Presentations
• Logos, branding, and website content

is owned by or licensed to LendingCon and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without prior written permission.

7. Photography and Media Release

By attending LendingCon, you consent to:

• Photography, video recording, and audio capture
• Use of your likeness in promotional materials, marketing, and media

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for:

• Their content
• Their privacy practices
• Any transactions conducted through third parties

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LendingCon shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability for any claim related to your participation shall not exceed the amount you paid for registration.

11. Indemnification

14. Badge Scanning and Exhibitor Interactions

LendingCon is not responsible for how third parties use your information after it is shared.
